The fifth one recently appeared on the shores of our less belligerent northern neighbor. Strange, that.
Then I remembered reading this a few months ago:
"The latest foot, still in its sneaker, was found last Friday on Valdes Island, a small community near Nanaimo that does not have regular ferry service and is accessible only by private boat or float plane.
RCMP say they're not sure whether foul play is involved and are trying to match any missing-person cases to the severed foot."
Not sure?
Really.

Wow. If all five are right feet it begins to look awfully like mass murder. In any case, it's something to keep you awake at night. Icky.
Four right feet, one left foot. So far.
I did not meant to be callous in this post. My heart goes out to any victim of violence, trauma, or natural disaster. And "not knowing" must be a terrible thing to suffer on the part of family and friends of victims.
I just cannot fathom an explanation for this that wouldn't require foul play.
